9Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. 10Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. 11Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. 12Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. 13Share with God’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.

14Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 15Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. 16Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position.[a] Do not be conceited.

17Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. 18If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. 19Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,”[b]says the Lord. 20On the contrary:
“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.”[c] 21Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

3. Company decides to recover paid $ but discovers in K that contractor had expressly disclaimed all warranties w/ regard to said product/service: priceless

lately with a lot of ruminations, I’ve been feeling that people don’t really understand the meaning of love — and the depth and width and height of God’s love for each one of us. We have a spirit of self-hatred, of rejection, and worthlessness. We stand in the mirror and make agreements with darkness. These spirits come from the voice of the enemy. We think that we need to do plastic surgery to make us feel better –but it can’t change what’s in our heart. And what’s on the inside spills out of us, and we project our misery on to other people. We criticize other people, how they look, how they dress. We don’t understand they are made in the image of God. Since being set free from self-hatred from watching IHOP’s awakening service, I have been so free of self-criticism. I look at myself in the mirror, and I realize I am made in God’s image, and He loves me. Dear friend, You are God’s beloved. And He loves you. You are worth Jesus going to the cross and dying for your sins. You are worth it! Come to Jesus and give Him what’s been burdening your heart. Let His truth set you free!

ok, so I am starting to think more and more about this intership that I want to do with IHOP ( I am pretty excited). And I want to be ready. I am wondering, should I get an IPhone? I mean, how do I access the internet while I am there? Will there be wi-fi cafes? I pay my bills online — so there’s a safety concern if I go to the cafe, and plus, will I even have time to go to the cafe? I rather be holed up at IHOP (lol). Just me and the Lord and the awesome brothers and sisters that I will be meeting there. Lord, this is a dream come true!

reading this article makes me think about Ignite ministry and the opposition or resistance we get from fellow brothers and sisters. Ignite ministry’s purpose is to pray and fast and godly marriages, godly families, and the spirit of fathering to be poured out on this nation. surprisingly, some people have said why should we fast, b/c that’s “manipulative” toward God. WHAT?????? Christians, know Jesus Christ. He fasted 40 days prior to beginning his ministry. God has commanded us to pray and to fast. IT’s an honor and privilege to pray to God.

Learning to let go of offenses

I said what was on my mind and what was on my heart. I finally told brother E that he treated me like a kid when he was rebuking me for leaving the church on my own unaccompanied to the parking lot. the truth was that there was no one to accompany me. Brother S saw me and walked past me and so did brother J, I had to leave for home and I had to go out alone. But E and F were there and when E saw me walking by myself, he went ballistic on me and started yelling at me like a little kid. I felt so disrespected. That was not cool of him to act like that, and after so many weeks of keeping this all in, I finally told him not to talk to me like a little kid.

There, I said it. I know one of the things I’ve learned in BSF is that even when Jesus says the truth He offends someone. We always focus on how God offends people with the truth, but the truth is, we offend Him more times than He has offended us, and God lovingly, graciously, humbly endured it. He endured any humilitation and suffering that came about from the offenses of men done against him. If he can learn to forgive, I’ve got to do the same thing. I know I was upset at E, but I know I also needed to forgive him. I know he cared about me and I appreciated that. And as 1 Corinthians mentions about how love keeps no record of wrongs, I need to do the same, and let the offense go.
