1. Company terminates K with vendor due to crappy product/service after paying: $xxxxx
2. Company saves this much $ after termination of K: $xxxxxx
3. Company decides to recover paid $ but discovers in K that contractor had expressly disclaimed all warranties w/ regard to said product/service: priceless
